Meal Service

Members may arrange for events at the Clubhouse with the help of our experienced club Steward, Shefqet Osmanollaj and our creative club chef, Tamara VanWinkle. They may be reached at 215-732-0334 or FranklinInnClub.RSVP@gmail.com

For Non-members, we have arranged an alliance between two local caterers, Jeffery Miller Catering and Feast Your Eyes Catering, and The Franklin Inn Club.  This new relationship will allow for expanded use of our Clubhouse by non-members.

Members’ (and associated groups) Catering Policy:

Catering in the Clubhouse, for members and our associated groups, is responsibility of the Steward, Shefqet Osmanollaj through the meal reservation page of this website or email or telephone. Expenses are as follows:

1. If rented by a member: rental, payable to the Treasurer of the Franklin Inn Club: please see the Steward or the Treasurer for rates
2. a charge for the food, negotiated with the Franklin Inn Club’s Chef or a caterer approved by the Club.
3. a sum, negotiated by the renter with the Steward, to include but varying with circumstances and the size of the event:
a. the Steward’s fee, $125 or more depending on the length of the   event.
b. the dish washer’s fee, $60.
c. a bartender’s fee when necessary, $125. – $150
d. extra servers’ fees  (for more than 20 guests, one additional server for up to 35 guests, two for up to 50, and three for up to 60, at $100.
The renter must pay all costs directly.  The Franklin Inn cannot accept payments for anything but rent. The third party must pay the other charges directly to those who arrange or supply them.
